Nadia believes every property decision carries more than a price. It carries a family's plans, a lifetime of work, and the trust of the person making it.
With roots in both Italy and the Gulf, she grew up in Italy, spent her childhood travelling between the two, and later studied in London. She has been at home in more than one culture from the start. That upbringing gave her something no course teaches: the ability to understand what people from very different worlds need, often before they say it. Bilingual in English and Italian, she advises clients in both.
She has put it to work in Dubai for twenty-one years, since the days when Burj Khalifa was still rising. Many of her clients have grown their portfolios with her for over a decade, and they keep coming back because she will also tell them when not to buy. Her approach is quiet and exacting: listen first, advise honestly, execute discreetly.

Sebastian believes every investment has to pass the hard questions before it reaches a client. How strong is the developer? How does the payment plan really work? What will it earn? And what could go wrong?
Originally from Germany, he studied in the Netherlands, lived in Rome, and built his career in technology and e-commerce, working with leading German and Swiss companies. Today he is AI native: he builds AI products and brings the same tools to his market analysis.
In Dubai he advises international investors in German, English or Italian, from Palm Jebel Ali to Expo City. He runs his own rental units here, walks every client through the numbers line by line, and stays involved well after the sale. It is part of the boutique, concierge-style service he and Nadia offer every client: the sale is where the work begins, not where it ends.
